2. A copy of the business license of the applying enterprise.
3. Apply for the enterprise ISO certificate or quality assurance system statement.
4. Product manual + circuit diagram + block diagram.
5. Color picture of the product (must include all interfaces and sides. The nameplate of the product must include: applicant's name, model, and CMIITID number location).
6. A copy of the certification document that the equipment of the foreign applicant unit has been approved by the foreign country.
7. The type approval "Test Report" issued by the testing agency determined by the Radio Administration within 6 months of the equipment.
8. Antenna gain and line loss statement.
Tablet PC SRRC certification process
1. After the "Radio Transmitting Equipment Type Approval Inspection Report", submit the application materials for the "Radio Transmitting Equipment Type Approval Certificate".
2. Download the "Application Form for Approval of Radio Transmission Equipment Models" from the radio transmission equipment model approval website;
3. The application materials for type approval of radio transmission equipment must be given in Chinese or English, and the materials in other languages must be translated into Chinese or English (the translation unit/department should affix the official seal).
4. The applicant or the agency applicant can apply online and wait patiently for the certificate after submitting the documents. If the submitted information is unqualified, it will usually be returned soon, and it takes time to pay attention.
5. The administrative licensing decision shall be made within 20 working days from the day when the application for model approval is granted.
6. After the applicant has obtained the "Radio Transmission Equipment Type Approval Certificate" and the approval code, the manufacturer should mark the radio transmission equipment type approval code on the approved equipment label (clearly visible during normal installation). If the approval code is marked on it by law, the model approval code of the equipment shall be published in the instruction manual or user manual of the product.
